HAPPY BIRTHDAY DILLON!

Yo what up hey hi hola,

 

First things first, HAPPY B DAY DEALIO!

 

Second things second, i got my VISA!!! what upppppppp...so stoked its unbelievable! headed to Mexico in 11 days! cuhhraze.

 

third things third, our schedule got changed and my p-day is on thursday now...so watch out for dem cyber mails comin on thursday for the next couple.

 

fourth things fourth, 2 apostles have come here and spoken to us! whatttt??? no way you say....well i say yes, its true, we are truly blessed here as missionaries!

 

Puppies again? thats so wild, get dat money! ha. tino is a machine! no joke.

 

Oh yeah, whats up with this girl that trevs all trippin over?? haha

 

But im glad to hear that court and dillon are doing good in school! for real, thats so good to hear! keep it up you two! and to courtney...keep up the good work on cheer, i know you'll do great! and to dillon, thats so sweet that your getting out there and running...ha. get dem girls.

 

I gotta see pics of my nephew! im so stoked that things are going well with the baby! thats a solid future missionary right there! ha.

 

But to answer your question about andrew, i see him everyday! haha. its so cool being able to see andrew and christian every day! but tell all those guys back home to prepare ASAP! no joke, the Lord needs them to prepare!

 

We are learning so much here, and we get better at Spanish every day! We have learned everything we need to know to be fluent, its just a matter of putting it into practice and getting it down! ha. not so easy!

 

I love you all and our family is truly blessed with so much! we need to give back to the Lord in all things, because we are truly indebted to him! love the lord with all your heart and be diligent in all things!

MOST SPIRITUAL MEETING EVER!

Mi familia Eterna,

 

So first of all, i thought id let you know that....Richard G. Scott came and spoke to us!! oh man, that was the most spiritual meeting i've ever had the opportunity of being a part of! He basically covered everything you can think of so it was a lot to take in but I was loving every second of it! I learned that what makes a good teacher is one that lets the spirit teach...and that is definitely what he does! I was just sitting there taking it all in and i learned so much! and then, in the middle of his talk, he paused...and then he says to us..."i am going to use my apostalic power at this time, and bless all of you with the gift of tongues." UNREAL! i cant even tell you the spirit that absolutely flooded the room at that moment! It was great. At the end of his talk, he bore the most powerful testimony i've ever heard in my entire life...he said, "as an apostle of Jesus Christ, I dont believe that Jesus Chris has a glorified and resurrected body....I KNOW that Jesus Christ has a glorified and resurrected body!" at that moment, the Spirit bore solemn witness to me of the divine power in which he and all other prophets of the Church excercise and hold sacred that special calling! Good stuffzzz.

 

Anyway, that was the crazy cool experience of the week. But now i want to let you (my family) know how proud I am of all of you! My teacher sat me down for an interview a couple days ago and asked me how my family back at home was....I was honored and blessed to be able to say that they are doing better than ever!! i truly know that what you are doing is the work of the Lord and he will bless you so abundantly! He truly is our Father in heaven and we are his children! dont take that simple truth for granted!

 

I do not have my visa yet...sad to say. But i know that the Lord's plan is perfect and that whatever happens, it is the will of the Lord! We just had a missionary leave today for Peru, Arequipa...same mission as Elder Perkinson! ha. miss that guy (elder).

HEY HEY HEY ERRRYONE!

Hey hey hey errryone! So this week was soo good...i might have a short email today...lo siento! ha.

 

So I feel impressed just to express my love for each one of you today!

 

First of all MOM! I cant even begin to describe what a strength you have been to me and continue to be to me! I have seen that you are doing what you need to to serve the Lord and it truly makes me so happy to know that my family back home is so strong and that the spirit is influencing you all for good and that you are following the impressions that you are recieving! Mom, have the strength to share the gospel, the Lord wants us to share his gospel with the whole world and he promises that he will be on your rightn hand and on your left as you share the gospel with his children! I love you so much Mom! thank you for all that you do for our family!

 

Chris, im so glad that i am able to have you in my life! I truly would not have it any other way. I know that sometimes i was lazy and VERY immature about a lot of things but i want to let you know that youi truly had and have such a great impact on me! you work so hard in all that you do and it truly inspires others to do their best every day. You have always been one of the most happy, optmistic and selfless people in this world and people notice, it is something that is very contagious. I love you so much and i thank you everything that you have done for me!

 

Courtney, I love you. you are such a strenth to our family! you are always striving to do what's right! keep up the good work and stay close to the Lord! he will bless you as you strive to do what's right!

 

Dillon, Oh man! we have always been so close! i remember that time we took you to the cabin with all of my friends and just remember how much fun we had! ha. I truly do love you so much Dillon! and i know the Lord loves and wants you to become just like His son Jesus Christ! Make highschool fun and work hard!

 

Jess! I LOVE YOU!! fo real. ha. You have gotten me through a lot of hard times in my life and i can honestly say that you are my best friend! truly. I love you so much! You have the opportunity to bring one of God's children into this earth and partake of all the saving ordinances that God has prepared for each of us! nothing better than that! you are playing a vital role in Heavenly Father's plan for each one of His children! such a great blessing! I love you so much!

 

Anybody else that has had an impact in my life! I have been blessed wayyy too much with good friends and good influences around me! I love you all, know that everything that you said that was kind (even if it was simple) prepared me for my mission and prepared me to share God's love with the people of Mexico, or anybody else that the Lord might put in my path! I truly have felt God's love for each one of his children, and i know that he wants the best for all of us, and that is that we may dwell with him some day in Glory and exhaltation!

 

I love you all! And I plead with you to stay close to the Lord, because Satan truly is attacking families right now, but as we stick together and as we heed to the counsel of our prophet, which ios to attend the temple we will be blessed with strength to overcome any temptation!

CONFERENCE WAS SO GNAR...LEIGH!

yoyoyo famm,

 

AHHHH the MTC is soooo terrible.........................................jk. It's so great! ha. but really, the MTC is honestly the best place in the world. no joke.

Anyway, it was really good to hear from everyone! Oh, and about the package...soooo great! Truly made my day! ha. so stoke on the yo yo and especially the photo album, whoever chose what pics to put in, WELL DONE! i love all those pics of our family! and i got some good memories in there, so thank you soo much for that!

Im gonna have to write a letter with all my passwords and junkk...cuz i cant think of all of them off the top of my head at the moment! ha. but i will try to think of all them cuz that was a really good idea.

So i have the funniest thing to tell all of you...my comp was an UNDERWEAR MODEL before his mission!!! hahahahahahahahahaha. How funny is that! at first i didnt believe him but then he has the brand of underwear that he modeled for with him and i was laughing for honestly 2 days straight! haha. oh man, funniest thing of all time. Thats my humor for the week!

Conference was so Gnar-leigh! im glad that you all watched it! but make sure that you get a chance to watch all of the sessions and really pay attention to what the spirit is telling you to do. each talk has something that we can learn from it...so good!! It was such a cool experience being able to watch in a room where all the missionaries in the MTC are just super focused and have the spirit with them. as Brock King would say..."consider the spiritual bomb dropped!" ha. love that guy. anyway, we are soo blessed to have a propet of God on the earth today to lead and guide us exactly where we need to go...which in this case is THE TEMPLE! go to the temple as much as you possibly can, theres no better place to feel the spirit and recieve revelation than at the temple! It will bless you so much if you make an honest effort to attend as much as possible! i wish we could go every single day here in the MTC but i guess ill take once. ha. 

Any chance you get, share the gospel...testify of Christ and why you love him so much...be an example always! Express to God what you are thankful for each day. As you do, you will have a greater desire to serve him and serve his children. God loves all his children so much and everyone needs the gospel! dont be selfish with your testimony and the hope that is in you! The Lord has commanded that we share the gospel, and he will provide a way for you to do that! be aware of the spiritual promptings that you recieve throughout the day and be obedient enough to follow them!
